RED HOT APPLE SALAD 1 c. boiling water 1/4 c. red hots 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry jello 2 c. red apples, chopped, unpeeled 1/2 c. chopped celery, diced 1/2 c. English walnuts, chopped
Dissolve red hots in the 1 cup boiling water. Pour over cherry jello; stir until jello is dissolved. Add 8 large ice cubes; stir in apples, celery and nuts. Pour in mold until set. Serve with a bit of sour cream.
