Sweet Potato Bacon Bites

Ingredients:

sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed in 2cm cubes

bacon

tooth pics

Method:

Nuke the sweet potatoes for 2 minutes on high on the microwave

Cover each sweet potato cube with a rasher of bacon.

Secure with a toothpick.

Grill in the oven until the bacon is crisp.

Serve with you favourite dip.
