Jy benodig:

maalvleis - ongeveer 1kg vir 6 patties

bacon

1 ui in ringe gesny

mozzerela

cheddar

feta

galepenjos

burger broodrolletjies

iceberg blaarslaai

sout en varsgemaalde swartpeper

Metode:

Dis die begin. Maak patties van 160g. Gebruik blikkie om houers te vorm

Draai die bakkies toe met bacon. Geur met sout en varsgemaalde swartpeper.

Vul met mozzerela, cheddar en feta & galepenjos

Draai uie ringe toe met bacon.

Op die weber vir 15 min.

Sit uieringe bo-op en los vir nog 30 min in weber.

Smeer die broodrolletjies met botter en plaas geskeurde blaarslaai op die onderste gedeelte.

Plaas die gaar bielie-patties op die blaarslaai.

Toon jou respekte vir hierdie BIELIE!

Opsioneel kan jy ook avokado byvoeg.
