Sensasionele Salm

Jy benodig:

Salm vir vier,

1 pakkie aspersies (vars),

olyfolie,

sout en swartpeper,

een suurlemoen,

vars pietersielie,

knoffel (kan bygevoeg word)

Metode:

Kook aspersies vir so 3 minute en plaas dan in koue water om dit stewig te hou.

Sny velle foelie groot genoeg om vis toe te draai.

Gebruik vier of vyf aspersies per vis en plaas aspersies op foelie. Gooi olyfolie, sout en peper oor.

Gooi sout en peper oor onderkant van vis en plaas bo-op aspersies. Gooi olyfolie, sout en peper oor vis. Sny dun skyfies suurlemoen en plaas bo-op vis. Voeg stukkies pietersielie by.

Vou die foelie toe en plaas op bakplaat in voorverhitte oond (200 grade C). Bak vir 30 min. Bedien met rys.
