MUSHROOM AND CAPSICUM SALAD 250 g. mushrooms 1 red pepper 1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper 4 shallots (spring onions) 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 1/4 c. French dressing Salt and pepper (to taste)
Slice mushrooms. Seed red, yellow and green peppers; chop finely. Chop shallots. Combine parsley, French dressing, salt and pepper to taste; mix well. Add to vegetables; toss well.
