Ongeveer 500g mossels kook in vars water tot gaar en hulle oop bars spoel goed en gooi water af 1L melk gooi so 3 eetlepels botter in en bring tot op kook punt voeg koekmeel by en klits tot dik mengsel voeg garlic in soos gelang sout en swartpeper en kaas soos smaak kook teen lae temperatuur tot sous gaar is voeg dan mossels by sous en kook vir 10 min
