HEAVENLY HOT FUDGE SAUCE

2 c. semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips 1/2 c. half and half 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract Additional half and half
Melt chocolate chips in 1/2 cup half and half over very low heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Thin with additional half and half if desired. Serve warm over ice cream or pound cake. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
