BRANDY ALEXANDER WHIPPED CREAM 1 tbsp. Confectioners' sugar 1 tbsp. Cognac, or other brandy 1 tbsp. Creme de cacao 1 cup heavy whipping cream 1-2 dashes of nutmeg (optional)
1. In a large, cold, metal mixing bowl stir together confectioners' sugar, brandy, and Creme de cacao for a few seconds, until sugar is dissolved. 2. Add whipping cream, and 1 dash of nutmeg if desired. Mix on high speed for 3-4 minutes, until doubled in volume and soft peaks have formed.
3. Serve over fresh berries, ice cream, or pie, with another dash of nutmeg on top for garnish if desired.
