CITRUS - BUTTERED FISH

2 tbsp. butter 2 to 3 tsp. lime or lemon juice 1 green onion, thinly sliced 11 1/2 oz. pkg. (4 portions) frozen fish portions
In a 1 cup microwave-safe glass measure, microwave butter and onion, uncovered, on 100% power (high) for 50 to 60 seconds or until butter is melted. Stir in lime or lemon juice. Place fish in a 10 x 6 x 2 inch microwave-safe baking dish. Sprinkle with pepper. Cover with vented microwave- safe plastic wrap. Cook on high for 8 minutes, turning fish over and rotating dish after 4 minutes. Drain off liquid. Pour butter mixture over fish. Cook, covered, on high about 1 minute more or until fish flakes easily. Serves 4.
