RED OR GREEN CHILI

RED OR GREEN CHILI 1 lb. cubed or ground beef, pork or turkey 1/4 c. flour 1 qt. water or to desired thickness 1 tbsp. red chili or about 8 green chilies, chopped 2 med. cloves fresh garlic
Brown meat quickly, drain fat. Add flour to meat and stir. Add water, simmer and stir. Add chili, chop garlic and add to simmering mixture. Salt to taste. Simmer 30 minutes. Better the second day. Serve over potatoes, tortillas as a sauce or use as main dish.
