VEGETABLE PLATTER 1 head cauliflower 1 can whole green beans 1 can finger carrots 8 oz. sour cream 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. horseradish
Blanch cauliflower. Drain green beans and carrots. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, soy sauce and horseradish together. Arrange cold vegetables on platter and pour sauce over. Serve cold.
