DOUGHNUT PUDDING

4 c. cut up day old doughnuts 4 eggs 5 c. milk 3/4 c. sugar 1 c. raisins 1 tsp. cinnamon Dash nutmeg 1/2 oz. brandy
1. Cut up doughnut. 2. Mix sugar and eggs.
3. Add milk and mix well.
4. Fold in doughnut
5. Add raisins, brandy and spices.
6. Bake in a 2 quart casserole dish in a water bath.
7. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour until it looks like a soft pudding.
8. Take out of pan and cool.
9. Serve with whipped cream or sweet cream.
