RED WINE SPAGHETTI SAUCE 1 c. red wine 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms 1 (16 oz.) can plum tomatoes 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste 1 med. onion 4 cloves garlic 2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. basil
Blend on high in blender or food processor for 10 seconds. Brown 1 pound of hamburger and add mixture from blender plus a 1 pound can of plum tomatoes. Cover and simmer 45 minutes. Remove cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
