Crusty bread with tomato and feta

Ingredients:
crusty bread, torn open (not sliced)
sliced ripe tomato
feta cheese
fresh oregano
olive oil
balsamic vinegar
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
Method
Tear open the bread
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Layer the bread with tomato slices.
Sprinkle lightly with sea salt. Remember the feta cheese is also salty.
Grind black pepper over the tomato.
Crumble the feta cheese over the tomato.
Sprinkle chopped oregano over the feta.
Drizzle with more olive oil.
