LEMON FIZZ Juice and rind of 2 lemons 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 c. milk White soda

Squeeze lemons and chop or dice rinds. Mix with remaining ingredients and beat well. Keep mixture refrigerated. Use about 1/4 cup of mixture in an 8 oz. glass with ice and fill with white soda. Strain mixture before storing.
