BROTH CONSERVATION Any broth Any amount
After cooking chicken, beef, etc., reserve the broth for future use in this manner: Pour broth into ice cube trays. When frozen, remove from trays and package 4 cubes to a sandwish plastic bag and return to freezer. Use as needed for sauce bases, soups, etc. Will keep for months.
