CHEESY CHICKEN NUGGETS 1 pkg. fresh chicken nuggets 1 (7 oz.) pkg. spinach linguini 2 cloves garlic, finely minced 1/2 c. green onions, chopped 1/4 c. butter 1-2 tbsp. oil 1/4 c. white wine 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook linguini according to directions and drain. Set aside. Preheat wok or skillet. Add oil and minced garlic. Stir until garlic is a light golden brown. Add chicken. Stir CONSTANTLY until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Reduce heat. Add butter, wine, and green onion. Stir in linguini and cheese. Toss and serve hot along with a crisp green salad.
