You need:
crusty bread, sliced and toasted
avocado
roasted tomato
roasted asparagus
boiled eggs
fresh chopped basil
feta cheese
kale
bbq sauce
seasoning to taste
butter for the bread
Method:
Butter the bread slices.
Layer the bottom slices with kale.
Top with roasted asparagus and tomato.
Top with sliced boiled egg.
Top with sliced avocado.
Crumble feta cheese over.
Sprinkle with basil
Season to taste.
Top with another toasted, buttered slice of bread.
Serve with bbq sauce.
