GROUND BEEF SAUCE 2 lbs. ground beef 2 tbsp. butter 1 lg. onion, chopped 2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. Accent 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 c. ketchup 1/2 c. water 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. prepared mustard 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Heat 2 tablespoons butter. Add beef, onions, salt, Accent, and pepper. Cook until meat is browned. In a covered jar, blend ketchup, water, sugar, mustard, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Blend sauce with meat. Simmer 30 minutes. Spoon on buns. 4-6 servings.
