Heirloom tomato salad stacks

You need:
red and yellow ripe heirloom tomatoes, sliced in 1/2 cm slices
fresh thyme sprigs
lemon zest curls
avocado oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method:
Stack 6 slices of tomato, alternating the colours.
Garnish with thyme sprigs and lemon zest curls.
Drizzle with avocado oil.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
