CHEESE SCRAMBLED EGGS 2-3 eggs 50g (about 2 level tablespoons) cheese milk butter
Simply crack eggs into a bowl, add grated cheese and as much milk to your liking. Place butter in a hot frying pan and wait until it has melted. Empty the contents into the hot pan. Leave for about a minute to settle, as would be done if making an omelet. Start mixing it together then serve toast.
