SEAFOOD SOUP SUPREME 1 can green pea soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can tomato soup 1 can golden mushroom soup 1 can cream of potato soup 1 can consomme 1 carton half and half cream 1 lb. crabmeat, cooked 2 lbs. shrimp, peeled 1/2 stick butter 1 c. onions, finely chopped 1 c. celery, finely chopped 2 toes garlic, finely chopped

Heat butter in a skillet and saute seasonings. Add the can of consomme and heat. Add the shrimp and heat until they are pink. Add the other five cans of soup and the half and half. Simmer for 10 minutes and add the crabmeat. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook until all ingredients are warm through and through. This recipe makes 18 small or 9 large bowls of soup.
