Smoked brisket jalapeno and cheese melt toasties

8 tbsp. Wishbone Thousand Island dressing 4 slices rye bread 3/4 lb. smoked beef brisket, sliced thin 1 (8 oz.) can jalapenos, sliced thin 4 slices Swiss cheese
4 slices cheddar cheese
Spread 1 tablespoon Wishbone Thousand Island dressing on each bread slice. Top with smoked beef, jalapenos, remaining dressing and cheese. Spread butter on bread and grill until browned and cheese has melted and heated through. Serve with sweet or dill pickles.
