• The most dangerous person in any negotiation is the one with nothing to lose. You can’t persuade her or threaten her. You can’t do anything to hurt her, so . . . she’s not afraid, and she’s in control. . . . Kinda like a wonder woman, armed with super- human power! However, our Scripture today applies the concept in a wonderful way that I can claim when life plays rough. If the King of the Universe is on our side, how could we ever lose? Ultimately, every battle is won, every pain overcome, every tear wiped away. Yes, there’s suffering while we await the coming deliverance. But it will come. In the meantime, be dangerous for the Kingdom. Be fearless for the good. With God as our helper, we can say to our tough times, “Go ahead, take your best shot!”
