Jy benodig:

Olyfolie Vier beenlose stukke hoender (opgesny in blokkies) Sout en swartpeper 2 eetlepels botter 3 knoffelhuisies fyn gerasper (dalk te veel, maar ek sien geen vampiere hier naby nie) Pakkie sampioene (in dun skyfies gesny) Een ui opgesny Drie wortels in fyn skywe gesny Twee seldery stingels opgesny Halwe koppie meel Vier koppies hoender aftreksel Bakkie room Pietersielie

So maak mens:

Geur hoender met sout en peper. Verbruin hoender blokkies in olyfolie en verwyder.

Plaas botter in pot met uie, seldery, wortels, knoffel en sampioene.

Voeg meel by en roer in tot bruinerig. Voeg hoender aftreksel en hoender by. Kook vir 15-20 min. Voeg room by. Voeg pietersielie by net voor opdiening.
