1 packet of oreos 60g melted butter 2 slabs milk chocolate 1 slab dark chocolate ( I used an aero) 250ml of thick longlife cream or nestle cream Punnet of strawberries

Method Blitz oreo biscuits in food processor and mix with melted butter. Press into loose bottom tart pan and refrigerate for about half hour. Gently heat cream in a pot. Be careful as thick cream will splutter. Add chopped chocolates to warmed cream and stir till chocolate melted. Let cool slightly and pour into tart shell. Decorate with halved strawberries. (You could add chopped pistachio nuts) Let it set in fridge for about an hour. Slice and enjoy
