Easy chocolate mousse recipe

Ingredients 250g chocolate chopped into pieces 150 g mini marshmallows 50g soft butter 60ml boiling water 280 ml whipping cream 1 tsp
Method Combine first 4 ingredients in a heavy based pot over medium/low heat stirring occasionally until all combined and melted. Remove from heat and leave to cool a little. Meanwhile whip the cream with vanilla until thick. Fold this into the chocolate mixture Spoon into serving bowls and chill until needed.
NOTE: if U do not have mini marshmallows then use scissors to Cut up as this will melt quicker. Taken from Nigella Lawson's gourmet cookbook.
