Cucumber Pineapple Salad

I love pineapple and this salad is wonderfully easy to make and perfectly refreshing!
Ingredients: 2 pieces medium sized cucumber, cut thinly along the length 1 can (227g) pineapple tidbits 1/4 cup vinegar salt and pepper to taste 2 tbs sugar parsley for garnish
Procedure: Add all ingredients including the juice from the canned pineapple. Mix together, top with parsley and refrigerate. Serve cold. Enjoy!
