Game Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
2 dozen button mushrooms 1 package D'Artagnan game sausage (Wild Boar, Duck & Armagnac, Rabbit Ginger orVenison & Cherry) ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Remove stems from mushrooms. Brush the caps cleanwith a damp cloth. Remove the casings from your favorite
D’Artagnan game sausage
and mix sausage in a bowl with the bread crumbs.Stuff the mushroom caps with sausage mixture, place in a shallow baking dish and bakein the oven for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
Variation: Use your favorite D’Artagnan Chicken Sausage as the stuffing base.
