Grilled Avocado

Grilled avocados are one of the best kept secrets of many California locals. If you haven’t tried them, you’re simply missing out!
Grilled Guacamole
-several firm, yet ripe avocados -pico de gallo or your favorite salsa -limes -olive oil -sea salt -sour cream or yogurt
Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Brush each avocado half with olive oil and lime juice. Place it green-side down on the grill for 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle it with sea salt and some additional lime juice. Fill the hole with pico de gallo and a dollop of sour cream. Serve with a side of tortilla chips. Go ahead, double dip – they’re that good!
