Homemade Buko Pandan Ice Cream

Buko Pandan was always my favorite. I love Buko Pandan, I love Ice Cream..put them together and they're perfect! Ingredients: 2 cups heavy whipping cream 1 big(395g) can sweetended condensed milk 1 cup shredded young coconut/buko 1 tsp green pandan extract Procedure: Stir together sweetened condensed milk, shredded young coconut and pandan extract in a medium bowl. Set aside. In the bowl of your mixer, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form ( do not over beat). Fold sweetened milk mixture into wipped cream. Pour into 2 quart container, cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight. Serve with barquillos. Enjoy!
