Recipe 1
Serves 6
INGREDIENTS:
Ice Scramble Mixture: 3 Tablespoons Banana flavoring 2/3 cup Evaporated Milk ¾ cup Sugar 4 ½ cups Ice ¼ Teaspoon Natural Red food coloring
Garnish: ¼ cup Chocolate syrup 2 Tablespoons Powdered milk 5 pieces MY San Grahams chocolate
Procedure
1. Mix milk powder and finely crushed M.Y. San Grahams Chocolate. Set aside. 2. DO SHAKE - In a blender, combine banana flavoring, powdered milk, sugar, water, red food color and ice. Blend until smooth and thick. Place ice scramble mixture in a container and freeze for 1-2 hours or until desired consistency is achieved. Make sure to mix it every 30 minutes or so. Place graham mixture at the bottom of each cup then fill with ice scramble mixture. 3. FINISH – Drizzle with chocolate syrup then sprinkle a bit of graham mixture.
EXPERT TIP
For a creamier ice scramble, condensed milk may be used to replace sugar.
Recipe 2
Ingredients: 1 cup of evaporated milk 1-2 tablespoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon of banana extract (I prefer the transparent one, not the black one they use for sago-gulaman) 6 drops of red food color (to make it pinkish, you can also use other color you prefer) 4 cups of ice
Toppings: powdered milk chocolate/strawberry syrup mini marshmallows candy sprinkles/corn flakes/rice crispies m&m/nips mini chocolate kisses, etc
Preparation: In a bowl, mix the banana extract, food coloring, sugar and milk. Put mixture in a blender and add the ice. (Use shaved ice if you don't have a blender) Place in cups/glasses. Add toppings. Enjoy!!!
Recipe 3
Ingredients:
1 can (850 g) DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail, drained (reserve syrup) 1 can (240 mL ) DEL MONTE Mango Juice Drink 1 cup evaporated milk 1 cup cooked small white sago ½ cup sugar 11 cups crushed ice
Instructions:
1. Combine milk, sugar, and DEL MONTE Mango Juice. Chill. 2. Simmer sago in fruit cocktail syrup with 1 tablespoon sugar for 2 minutes. Drain and chill. 3. Fill each glass with ¾ cup crushed ice. Pour with milk mixture. Top with 1 tablespoon sago and DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail. 4. Serve immediately.
