FRIED CHICKEN CORDON BLEU

Ingredients:

6 pcs chicken breast fillet

6 pcs sweet ham

sliced cheddar cheese (flat or long sticks)

1/4 tsp. salt

ground pepper

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 beaten eggs

1 cup fine breadcrumbs

salt and pepper

Instructions:

Pound chicken to flatten.

Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

In a bowl, season flour with salt and pepper according to taste.

In another container, season breadcrumbs with salt and pepper.

Place sliced ham on top of flattened chicken.

Put cheese stick/slice on top and roll chicken and form into a log (you ma use toothpick or thread thick enough to hold the log form).

Dip chicken in the seasoned flour mixture, then dip in beaten egg and dredge in seasoned breadcrumbs.

Fry in hot oil until evenly cooked.

Drain on paper towel and slice before serving.
