Ham and stem ginger thins

Ingredients •2 x 130g boxes of biscuits for cheese (we used charcoal wafers) •thin slices of stem ginger in syrup •300g shredded ham
Method Assemble the canapés by topping the biscuits with thin slices of the stem ginger in syrup and spoonfuls of shredded ham. Can be made up to 1 hr ahead.
