Bestanddele 1 kg Skelvis (Haddock) 250 ml Room, styf geklop [as jy dit die vorige aand maak voeg eers die room die volgende dag by] 4 Agurkies, fyngesny 2-3 Peppedews fyngekerf 1t vars gekapte pietersielie 250 ml Mayonnaise 20 ml Tamatiesous 2 t fyn gerasperde ui 2k gaar gestoomde pienk prawns[sonder doppe] 2ml Tabasco sous 1t Worcestersous Witpeper

Metode Trek velle van vis af en sit in kookwater gemeng met n bietjie melk en kook vir 9 minute. Dreineer en laat afkoel, vlok en plaas in yskas totdat verkoel. Meng al die ander bestanddele. Meng saam met vis en dien koud op. Jy kan dit al die vore aand maak en in die yskas plaas. Versier jou bakkies of glasse mooi met gekerfte blaarslaai en skep n mooi skeppie bo op met n takkie pietersielie en n lekker sout beskuitjie!!
