Strawberry & Peppermint Christmas Fudge

Ingredients fudge (Strawberry) 220 grams white chocolate (Cadbury) 1 can condensed milk 1 tablespoon unsalted butter red food coloring essence (Strawberry) fudge (Peppermint) 220 grams white chocolate (Cadbury) 1 can condensed milk 1 tablespoon unsalted butter green food coloring essence (Peppermint) sugar (crystals for topping)
Directions
Combine strawberry fudge ingredients and cook for 2hrs on low stirring every 10mins.
In another slow cooker combine peppermint fudge ingredients and cook for 2hrs on low stirring every 10mins.
Line a container with baking paper and spoon in half of the strawberry fudge.
Place in freezer for 5mins and then remove to add half of the peppermint fudge.
Repeat the freezer step and then add the next layers of fudge.
Top with sugar crystals and set overnight in the fridge. Enjoy!
