LEWER 1 BROODJIE VAN 30 CM Bereiding: 30 minute Verkoeltyd: 2-3 uur

Bestanddele: 500 ml (2 k) room, verkoel 2 blikke (360 g elk) karamelkondensmelk 2 pakke (200 g elk) Tennisbeskuitjies 500 g verskeidenheid vars vrugte en bessies skyfies vars vrugte soos kiwivrugte

Metode: Voer ’n middelslag-broodpan met kleefplastiek uit. 1.Klits die room tot styf en voeg die karamelkondensmelk by. Klits goed. 2.Plaas ’n laag beskuitjies in die broodpan. Sny die beskuitjies om te pas indien nodig. Smeer ’n laag roommengsel bo-op gevolg deur ’n laag vars vrugte en bessies. Herhaal die lae tot al die bestanddele gebruik is. 3.Plaas die tert 2-3 uur in die vrieskas om te stol. 4.Keer die tert op ’n dienbord uit, verwyder die kleefplastiek en versier met skyfies vars vrugte.
