Easy Pork Belly - Humba

Ingredients:

3Tbsp oil, for sauteing 1/4cup onion, red, chopped 2Tbsp garlic, crushed 2Tbsp black beans (tausi), drained 1kg pork, liempo, cut into 2 x 3-inches thick 1/4cup red cane vinegar 2pouch DEL MONTE Quick N Easy BBQ Marinade (200ml) 1/2tsp pepper 1pc bay leaf/laurel leaf 1can Pineapple Chunks (227g) drained, reserve syrup

Cooking Procedure: 1. Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add tausi then crush. Then add liempo, saute until browned.

2. Add Red Cane Vinegar. Simmer until vinegar is almost dry then add DEL MONTE Quick N Easy Barbecue Marinade. Simmer for 2 minutes.

3. Add reserved pineapple syrup, pepper and laurel. Simmer until pork is tender. Add Pineapple Chunks then simmer for 1 minute.

Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 60 minutes *Makes 8 servings
