German Schnitzel - Pork Chop Version

Ingredients
Porkchops ( according to number of people ) Parsley Flour 3- eggs Italian bread crumbs Meet tenderizer Salt and pepper to taste Ziplock bag Plates for dipping
Prep : Beat pork chop in plastic bag until pieces are 1/4 inch thick Prepare separate pans of flour ( add salt to flour), eggs (slightly beaten) and breadcrumbs Prepare shallow pan of vegetable oil enough for schnitzel to float ..make sure oil is hot before starting the dipping process Coat completely in flour ,egg , breadcrumbs ( in that order ) and then oil .. Fry 11/2 to 2 minutes on each side
Let sit to cool then serve with fries. Enjoy!
