Pork Barbecue

Ingredients:

1 kl pork belly (liempo); cut into desired sizes 1 head garlic; crushed 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup banana catsup or tomato catsup 1/4 cup 7-up or sprite soda 3 tbsps lemon (calamansi) juice or vinegar 1 tspoon ground black pepper 2 tbsps peanut butter 3 tbsps sugar 20 bamboo skewers

Procedures:

Add the peanut butter to the ketchup and mash/mix thoroughly with fork then mix with all the other ingredients in a bowl and set aside in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Skew the meat, then grill over charcoal or gas grill, turning every few minutes and basting with leftover marinate. Cook until done.
