PORK CHOP ITALIANO

Serves 6

1 kilo porkchop To taste salt 2 pcs eggs, beaten For Italian Bread Crumbs: 1 cup bread Crumbs 1⁄2 tsp salt 1⁄2 tsp dried parsley 1⁄2 tsp pepper 1⁄2 tsp garlic powder 1⁄4 tsp onion powder

PROCEDURE: For Italian Bread Crumbs: 1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or put in a food processor. Blend well Store in an air tight container.

For Porkchop Italiano: 1. Season porkchops with salt. Let it stand for 10 minutes to absorb. 2. Heat oil on a frying pan. 3. Dip porkchops on the beaten egg then to the Italian bread crumbs then fry. Turning it occasionally until porkchop is cooked or golden brown.
