ALIGUE RICE

Ingredients: 1 tsp aligue 1 tbsp leeks, sliced 1 cup gata/coconut milk 2 cups rice fish sauce to taste
Mama's Guide Instructions:
In a heated pan, saute leeks in aligue for two minutes.
Add coconut milk
Simmer until sauce is thickened.
Add cooked rice and mix well.
Add fish sauce to taste.
Serve!
Note:
Aligue or crab fat in English is that delicious orange-red material found inside a crab's shell.
