Beef and Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients 300 grams beef, cut into small pieces 1 tablespoone garlic, crushed 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 2 tablespoons water 1/4 cup carrots,minced 1 red bell pepper, minced 1/4 cup frozen peas , frozen 3 cups cooked rice, cold 3 tablespoons soy sauce 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil 1/4 cup onion, minced salt and pepper to taste Green onion Cooking Procedure 1. In large nonstick skillet, brown beef, garlic and ginger over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is cooked. Remove with slotted spoon; pour off drippings. 2. In same skillet, heat water over medium-high heat until hot. Add bell pepper,onion,carrots and peas cook 3 minutes or until bell pepper and carrots is crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. 3. Add rice, soy sauce,pepper and sesame oil; then add salt if necessary and mix well. Return beef to skillet; heat through, about 5 minutes. And sprinkle green onions before serving. 4. Serve.
