Chicken Salad with Apples

Ingredients:
8 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed 1 apple, cubed 1 stalk celery, chopped 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon curry powder (optional) 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Method:
Mix all ingredients and chill.
