Crumbed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:
- Chicken breast 1BH - Coarse bread crumbs - For chicken eggs 1BH - 1BH egg to broth - Chicken broth - 1/2 pcs onions - 2siung garlic - Mitsuba / Japan celery leaves (optional) - Oil for frying - salt - pepper - White rice
Mama's Guide Instructions:
- Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper, let stand 10min. Then dip the chicken into the beaten egg, then into bread crumbs smeared chicken. Fry chicken until golden brown. - Dissolve bouillon with water, insert garlic chutney and cook until boiling, and add salt and pepper. Once it feels appropriate, enter the egg. Cook until sauce thickens. - Place the rice in a bowl, then pour the sauce and place the chicken fried egg on top.
