Spicy breaded baked pork chops

Ingredients: 3 pork chops any kind 2 eggs 3tbs millk 1 cup of spicy breadcrumbs

Directions:

In large square container whisk eggs and milk

Pour 1 cup of breadcrumbs on a large plate

Dredge pork chop in egg mixture then in the bread crumb mixture on both sides to coat evenly.

Place them on baking sheet. Do that with each Porkchop.

Cook at 375 for 30 minutes make sure you sprayed the baking sheet and both sides of the breaded pork chops.

I place my porkchops on A wire rack and place it on the cookie sheet this will ensure crispiness on both sides
