Sweet & Sour Pork and Pineapple

Ingredients 1/2 kilo pork cubes 1 pack McCormick Season ‘n Fry Porkchop Coating Mix (original or garlic) NO MSG 1 bottle Garlic Chili Sauce 1 small can pineapple tidbits 1 pc red bell pepper, cut into strips 1 pc carrot, sliced oil
Procedure 1. Coat the pork cubes with the breading mix. Fry until brown. 2. In a saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients. Add the cooked pork. 3. Bring to a boil then simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
