Cranberry & Grenadine Cocktail

Ingredients Grenadine syrup Cranberry cordial mixed 1 part to 3 parts iced water Sparkling rose wine lime cordial

Method Into each glass, pour 1/3 Grenadine, 1/3 Cranberry cordial-water mix and top with 1/3 sparkling wine. Add a splash of lime cordial and serve immediately.

Hints and Tips Ensure all ingredients are thoroughly chilled for maximum enjoyment. If you want to add ice, ensure it is crushed and not cubes. The cranberry cordial-water mix may be frozen and crushed and used in this form instead of liquid. This does need stirring before sipping, so do supply swizzle sticks.
