1 Woolworths Heat & Eat ciabatta 200 g butter, plus extra, melted, for the tart base 125 g mozzarella, grated 50 g parmesan, grated 4 cloves garlic, crushed 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped 2-3 pinches salt 1/2 tsp black pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

Pre-heat the oven to 200°c. Cut slits approximately 2-3cm apart in the ciabatta, taking care not to cut all the way through. In a bowl, mix the butter, cheese, garlic, parsley and seasoning. Carefully stuff the slices in the bread with the butter and cheese mixture. Place the bread on a baking sheet then place in the oven. Bake for 7-10 minutes until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted. Remove from the oven and serve.
