ROAST BUTTERNUT, BACON AND SPINACH SALAD

Ingredients
1 x 300 g Woolworths diced butternut 1/4 red onion,sliced 80 g baby spinach 200 g Dry Cured Wood Smoked Streaky Bacon
Cooking Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Toss 1 x 300 g packet Woolworths diced butternut in olive oil and roast for 20 minutes. Add 200 g wood-smoked streaky bacon to the same baking tray after 10 minutes, then roast for a further 10 minutes. Toss with 200 g baby spinach, ¼ finely diced red onion and 100 g Woolworths feta salad balls. Scatter over Woolworths salt-and-pepper croutons before serving.
